We invite students, parents, educators, businesses, and community leaders to become part of the movement and to support this generation of Texas students. The first step to getting involved with Generation TX is simply to believe in us—believe that we can change the future of Texas.
Generation TX is a statewide initiative supported by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating
Board focused on creating a college-going and career-ready culture across the state. Through
GenTX Month, GenTX Decision Day, and other campaigns and activities throughout the year, Generation TX is clarifying the path to college for Texas students and families by providing information on college readiness, the college application and financial aid process, and career exploration in a fresh and engaging manner.
